Bourbon Chicken Recipe

This Time we will create a simple menu and easy to serve. Namely Bourbon Chicken, Here's how make it.

Prepare Following Ingredients    
  •      2     boneless chicken breasts, cut into pieces 
  •      1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  •             cornstarch (for dusting, optional)
  •      1     clove garlic, crushed
  •      1/4  teaspoon ginger
  •      3/4  teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  •      1/4  cup apple juice
  •      1/3  cup brown sugar
  •      2     tablespoons tomato sauce
  •      1     tablespoon cider vinegar
  •      1/2  cup water
  •      1/3  cup soy sauce
Directions:
 
     1.Heat oil in large skillet.
   
     2.Cut chicken breasts into bit sized pieces, and if you choose lightly dust with cornstarch. Heat oil in your wok and fry chicken bits in batches until lightly browned. Drain on paper towels and set aside.Cook until lightly browned.

     3.Remove the chicken.
   
     4.Add remaining ingredients, heating over medium Heat until well mixed and dissolved.
   
     5.Add the chicken and boil hard.
   
     6.Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
   
     7.Serve over hot rice and
   
     8.Bourbon Chicken ready to serve.
