Chicken Recipe: Japanese Fried Chicken Steak

Japanese Steak restaurantbstyle chicken was tasty, crunchy taste. If you like to be dipped in BBQ sauce and extra vegetables makes this dish salad more special!

Ingredient:

  • 2 pieces chicken upper thighs, without skin and bones
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
  • cooking oil
  • layers:
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 egg white
  • 100 g coarse flour panir
  • Complement:
  • Vegetable Salad (cucumber, tomato, lettuce)

Method:

1.Hit chicken thigh meat till flattened widened.
2.Smear the garlic, pepper and soy sauce until blended.
3.Sprinkle with flour tepug thin.
4.Dip in beaten egg whites and then dredge in flour until blended panir.
5.Let stand a few moments to dry.
6.Fry in hot oil and lots of dried and cooked until both sides.
7.Lift then, drain.

Serve Japanese Fried Chicken Steak warm with topping.This menu enaugh for 2 pieces
